2. Cadets are selected based on commitment, leadership, experience, and enthusiasm.
3. Accepting a cadet staff position may require some work outside of your normal cadet meetings and may consume some of your personal time. Please consider that when applying.
4. Staff appointments are for a period of four months, however all appointments are at the discretion of the Squadron Commander. Appointments may be extended (or revoked) at any time based on the cadet's conduct and performance.
